Aegon Direct & Affinity Marketing Services (ADAMS), is pleased to announce that Mr. Chapman Lam, their Director, Customer Experience Architecture has become the new Chairman of the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA).
In this role, he will also serve as one of the Directors of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL), which aims to promote greater dialogue and knowledge sharing amongst the contact centre industry associations from 11 countries, including Thailand, China, Australia and Indonesia.

In addition to serving in his new role, Chapman says he is also looking forward to participating in the APCCAL EXPO 2016 to be held in Hong Kong in November with the theme Omni-channel Customer Experience.
