Aegon Insights Australia provides a full range of direct insurance administration services from policy servicing, billing, fulfillment, through to customer retention and claims management. We deliver these services on behalf of a number of prominent financial and retail institutions within Australia.

At Aegon Insights Australia, we are renowned for excellence in contact centre management, which encompasses inbound customer service, contact centre integration support for eCommerce sites and pro-active retention campaigns. Because of our focus on customer experience we were a finalist in 2013 and 2014, for the Australian Teleservices Association Call Centre of the Year Awards.
